Shahreen is straight A student now in college doing a buisness course with computer application. Her father left them so we pay her mother for food every month so she can attend school and not work.

An orphan that we take care of because her mother burned herself. We educate these girls so they can get good jobs and not lead their lives in frustration.

Hina was an abused girl who came to us in the 8th class with terrible marks from the beatings her drunk father gave her. Now she is in first year college a confident, happy smart girl. She does such good henna she earns a lot of money at weddings. She is a role model for all other girls.

Ayesha is a good student in college. She was nearly abducted by a crazy man but was saved.

Star student in 10th class. Her father is a gaurd at a school and very poor. He gave up one daughter to someone to put her through school. We sent Hajera to college then onto teachers training college. She stood first in the state when she did her entrance exam. She is in her final year and tops the exams every year. We got her a gov’t scholarship and pay for the balance of her fee. Next year she will be a high school teacher. She speaks such good english.

Boys and girls of American international school have a project to interact with our school for a whole year once a week teaching our girls art, dance, music, sports etc.

The girls in the back are all sisters. Gulfam is doing MCOM Straight A student who teaches during day, tutors in evenings and does correspondence course for MCOM. Almas is an excellent student doing buisness studies with computer applications speaks excellent English . Third sister is a straight A pre-med student going to med school free as a merit student. Daughters of a auto rickshaw man. In front row are grandmothers and mother who is a teacher.

She was married off because her mother could not feed her after her father died. She did correspondence course for college 2 years and came to AWCC this year to do her ongoing degree course which we paid for.

Shaheen went to college for 2 yrs and when her father died she did not continue as she had to work. Straight A student. I found her this year and got her back into college to do her bcom.
